About JBI

BUILT ON THE DIFFERENCE
BETWEEN GOOD AND BAD DISPATCH.

Mission

"JBI exists because bad dispatch doesn't just cost you a load — it costs you fuel, time, sleep, and momentum. This service was built on years of dispatch experience paired with firsthand knowledge of what it actually feels like to be on the receiving end of it — the good and the bad, measured down to the hour. We know what carriers settle for. We know what their equipment is actually worth. JBI exists to close that gap — with real rates, real communication, and a team that treats your truck like their livelihood depends on it. Because it once did."

WHERE THIS COMES FROM.

built to be different from day one

JBI Logistics was founded in Georgia in 2022 — not because the market needed another dispatch service, but because it needed a better one.

The trucking industry was shifting hard. Owner-operators were losing ground to rising insurance premiums, shrinking rates, and dispatchers who treated them like truck numbers on a load board. Too many carriers were being booked into bad freight, left without communication, and handed unrealistic expectations by dispatch services focused on volume over value.

JBI was built to bridge that gap. The foundation was simple: personalized dispatch, transparent communication, and a genuine commitment to helping carriers build profitable, sustainable businesses — not just move freight from point A to B.

From the beginning, the commitment has been to carriers who are serious about their business. Not shortcuts. Not filler loads. Not silence when the market gets hard. JBI operates on the belief that every truck on the road represents someone's livelihood, goals, and future — and that deserves more than a system that treats it otherwise.

What Sets JBI Apart

SIX REASONS CARRIERS STAY.

01

TAILORED STRATEGY

No one-size-fits-all system. Your lanes, goals, home time, and rate floors are documented and built into every load search from day one.

02

RATE PROTECTION

We protect your floor on every load. No pressure to take freight that doesn't meet your minimum. No filler loads to keep our numbers up.

03

BROKER RELATIONSHIPS

We develop long-term relationships with reputable brokers — which means better access, more negotiation room, and loads that actually pay.

04

CARRIER PACKET HANDLING

Highway, RMIS, MCP, and other standard portals — we handle carrier setup submissions so you don't drown in paperwork every time a new broker wants to book you.

05

FRAUD PROTECTION

Every broker verified. Every load cross-checked. Double brokering and bad actor loads get flagged before they ever reach you.

06

INTEGRITY — NON-NEGOTIABLE

A load can always be replaced. Trust cannot. JBI will never compromise on honesty, transparency, or doing right by its carriers — regardless of market conditions or broker pressure.

Vision

THE NEXT
THREE YEARS.

JBI's vision for the next three years is to become a nationally recognized carrier support and dispatch partner — not by scaling volume, but by scaling trust.

The goal is to support 50 to 100 trucks nationwide while keeping the personalized service that defines JBI. That means expanding the dispatch and support team, developing enhanced back-office support, providing compliance and onboarding assistance, and building educational resources for owner-operators who want to grow their businesses — not just their mileage.

Growth matters. But the commitment to personalized service is not a phase. It's the business model.

  • 50–100+ trucks nationwide
  • Expanded dispatch team
  • Back-office support services
  • Educational resources for owner-operators
  • Strategic industry partnerships
Honest Fit

WE'RE NOT THE RIGHT FIT FOR EVERYONE.

and we're honest about that

JBI works best with carriers who are committed to professionalism, long-term growth, and treating trucking as a real business. We invest deeply in the carriers we work with — and that investment requires the same commitment in return.

Not a Fit
  • Refuse or delay communication
  • Frequently cancel loads after booking
  • Operate inconsistently or unprofessionally
  • Looking for shortcuts over sustainable growth
  • Fail to meet standard broker requirements
Is a Fit
  • Treat your truck like a business, not a side hustle
  • Want a dispatcher who fights for your rate
  • Value transparency over comfortable silence
  • Committed to OTR operation
  • Want a long-term partner, not a load-booking service
Chasidy Fletcher, Founder & CEO of JBI Logistics
Founder

CHASIDY FLETCHER

Founder & CEO · JBI Logistics LLC · Est. 2022 · Georgia

Chasidy Fletcher founded JBI Logistics in Georgia in 2022 with a clear conviction: that the carriers keeping freight moving across this country deserved a dispatch partner who actually showed up for them.

With years of dispatching experience behind her, Chasidy built JBI on a foundation she lived through firsthand — watching carriers navigate a market that increasingly treated them as interchangeable, paired with dispatchers who prioritized bookings over relationships. She saw what that cost. She built something different.

At JBI, the question that drives every decision is the same one Chasidy asks herself every day: 'Is this the best move for the carrier?' Not for the load count. Not for the broker. For the carrier.

Behind JBI Logistics is a family-oriented business owner who understands that every truck on the road represents someone's livelihood, goals, and future. That understanding isn't policy. It's personal. Chasidy celebrates her carriers' wins, helps navigate their hardest weeks, and genuinely invests in the people behind the wheel — because that's what a real partner does.

A load can always be replaced. Trust cannot. That principle is non-negotiable at JBI, regardless of market conditions, broker pressure, or what it costs in the short term.

"At JBI Logistics, we don't just dispatch trucks — we build relationships, create opportunities, and help carriers move forward with confidence."
Operator Perspective

SKYLAR

Dispatch · Former Owner-Operator · Hotshot

Three years. A Ram pickup, a Big Tex trailer, and the hotshot market at its worst.

Skylar ran as an owner-operator long enough to know exactly what it costs when things go wrong — not in theory, but in fuel receipts, empty miles, and loads that paid nothing. When freight capacity collapsed and insurance premiums kept climbing, staying in operation stopped making financial sense. That experience — watching a viable operation become unsustainable through forces outside your control — is what Skylar brings to every load evaluation at JBI.

On double brokering: Skylar was hit twice. The first time came early — a load that looked legitimate, moved like a legitimate load, and paid like a scam. Running it practically for free was the education. The second time was more sophisticated, more deliberate, and ended the same way. That's not a statistic at JBI. It's a personal record that drives how every broker is verified before a rate confirmation is ever signed.

On evaluating a load: Most carriers see a rate and a pickup time. Skylar sees dimensions, weight, freight type, weather and route conditions, tarp requirements, oversize flags, destination market strength for prebooking or reloading, broker reputation, payment reliability, and factorable status — before making a recommendation. That's not a checklist. That's three years of loading a flatbed deck and learning what the paperwork doesn't tell you.

On the carrier-dispatcher relationship: There's a misconception that runs deep in this industry — carriers on one side, dispatchers on the other, an adversarial gap between them. The reality is more complicated. The relationship that develops is part professional, part personal, whether either party intends it or not. It operates under the same fast-paced, high-pressure conditions that produce both genuine comradery and real tension. Skylar has an intrinsic understanding of that dynamic — the emotional highs and lows of life on the road, the stress of a load gone wrong, the relief of a strong week — and knows how to navigate it without letting it break the working relationship. That's not a soft skill. In this industry, it's a load-by-load operational asset.

Beyond the Site

WHAT THE SITE DOESN'T SHOW.

"Behind JBI Logistics is a family-oriented business owner who understands that every truck on the road represents someone's livelihood, goals, and future."

What you may not see here is the level of personal investment JBI makes in the success of its carriers. The wins get celebrated. The hard weeks get navigated together. The people behind the wheel are viewed as partners — not load numbers.

JBI was founded on the belief that trucking is still a relationship-driven industry. That belief drives every call, every negotiated rate, and every load decision made on a carrier's behalf.

WE DON'T JUST DISPATCH TRUCKS. WE BUILD RELATIONSHIPS, CREATE OPPORTUNITIES, AND HELP CARRIERS MOVE FORWARD WITH CONFIDENCE.
