JBI handles load finding, rate negotiation, booking, rate confirmations, and pickup and delivery coordination. We also complete and submit carrier setup packets through standard broker portals — Highway, RMIS, MCP, and others — so brokers can book loads on your behalf without you drowning in paperwork every time. What we don't do: we don't control your money, we don't factor your receivables, we don't hold your authority, and we don't make decisions without you. You stay the operator. We work for you.
